DSP BI / YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy policy
Effective October 21, 2026
This policy explains how DSP BI handles information through our website and DSP_BI client portal. The portal lets approved clients view their company's monthly report amounts and, when enabled for their account, open Stripe to manage payment methods.
Information we handle
- Website inquiries: the name, email address, company, phone number and message you choose to submit through our contact form.
- Client records: company and contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, company identifiers, service information and monthly report amounts. We may import these from our Dynamics customer records.
- Account and security information: sign-in identifiers, authentication records, session information and technical information used to operate and protect the website and portal.
- Website usage: Google Analytics may receive information about pages visited, browser/device characteristics and interactions. The website offers analytics cookie choices.
Google sign-in
If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares your account identifier, email address and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture, with our authentication provider, Supabase. We use this information to identify you, authenticate your account and associate your session with your approved portal access. Account information is stored through Supabase Auth.
Our sign-in integration does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar. Signing in with Google does not automatically give you access to a company's reports; DSP BI assigns company access separately.
We do not sell Google sign-in data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. You can remove the Google connection through your Google Account connections. Removing that connection does not itself delete existing DSP BI records; contact us to request deletion.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide client services and reports, authenticate users, manage approved company access, support billing and investigate technical or security issues. We use service providers that process relevant information for these purposes:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and portal API requests.
- Supabase: authentication, account records and portal data storage.
- Microsoft Dynamics: customer and company records.
- HubSpot: website contact-form processing.
- Google: optional Google sign-in and website analytics.
- Stripe: payment processing and hosted payment-method management, where enabled. Card details entered on Stripe are handled by Stripe; the portal does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Authorized DSP BI personnel may access information to operate these services. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect the security and rights of DSP BI and our clients. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Cookies and sessions
The portal uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in. The marketing website stores your analytics preference and offers a Cookie choices control in its footer. Google Analytics can send limited measurement signals even when analytics cookie storage is denied. You can also control cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in from working.
Retention and your choices
We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain business and billing records, protect accounts and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the reason we hold it; records may also remain in backups for their normal lifecycle.
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to close your portal account, using our Contact Us form. Identify your company and the email associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or ongoing service purposes.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted connections to help protect information. Company report access is restricted to assigned users. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes and will show the updated effective date here. For privacy questions or requests, contact DSP BI.
